Return And Refund Policy
All returned items must be in original packaging and unopened. We cannot accept returns for damaged or used items. It is advisable to get tracking on the package sent back to us just to make sure that we receive the product. NO REFUNDS will be issued for product after 14 days from your original receipt of the shipment. We are not responsible for any loss of packages coming back to us by the shipping company. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed to returned orders. HearthTrends will not reimburse the cost of any shipping related fees involved in getting the product to the client or back from the client. These fees are to be paid solely by the customer. Please ensure that all returned merchandise is packaged properly to avoid damage or loss. If the original packaging cannot be reused, repackaging is acceptable as long as the products are received in good and resalable condition. All returns are subject to the discretion of Hearth Trends. Not all items are eligible for returns or exchange. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without a written per-authorization will not be processed. All returns must be received within 10 days of written per-authorization.
Please make sure that the correct shipping or delivery address is provided. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for missed delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. For some items shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file claim with the shipping company .We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies and the customer is responsible for contacting the forwarding company.
We are not responsible for weather related damage or delays.And no refunds will be issued if due to delivery delays .Shipping fees are non refundable for incorrect address and return shipments.
International Shipments : We are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes incurred and the customer is solely responsible for it. We are unable to calculate any custom duties or taxes.
Hearthtrends is not responsible for any damages caused to you or your device. Customer is solely responsible for finding out the compatibility of the items .We reserve the right to cancel any online order for any reason whatsoever. In this case, any amount already paid for this order will be refunded in full.
