I called Hearth Trends to ensure I had correct blower replacement number for my NZ26 zero Clearance insert Fireplace by Napoleon.
The attendant was extremely helpful and ensured it would be shipped the next morning. I called at 4:40 pm end of day. It was delivered in 3 days by Canada Post 0ver 300 km away, and I easily installed it . I tried for 5 days to get in touch with the Napoleon Factory in Barrie. No one answers the phones. When I finally got a hold of a Sales person and I complained about no one answers the phones she said “I just work here, don’t shoot the messenger”. WHAT! I had $1200 to spend on replacement fire brick etc. Hearth trends will get my business now. Barrie store, you have an issue there.
