Skytech TM-3 Wired Wall Mounted Timer Fireplace Control

Wanted to get away from the traditional egg timer switch as it was noisy. And also didn’t want a thermostat as it could be on when the FP was left unattended so this Hearth Trends push button timer was perfect. The timer I bought had settings for 30 minutes as the shortest time which is great however 15 minutes as an option would have been nice . Overall very nice solid good quality switch . Thx .

Works as advertised colour was white, which suited me even better than the cream one on the photo.

I am lucky I found out that fireplaces need a special timer! The timer is perfect, and I feel much more safe having a timer on!

We first tried a conventional ticking timer. It only sporadically worked and was quite loud. This one was easy to install, works great and best of all is silent. We may buy a second one for our other fireplace.

Real easy.
Saves me from remembering to turn of the fire place.
