Somewhat larger than the original so I had to modify the mounting bracket, but works fine

Not compatible

It would not work when mounted in my valour gas fireplace. Would not respond when mounted at the same location of currently faulty sensor. Can I return and get a replacement for the one I currently have that is compatible.?
